About the Role
We are seeking an organised, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing, brand, communications, and business support activities across multiple brands and divisions within our group.
This role is hands-on and operational, supporting marketing collateral, tenders, presentations, digital content, events, and brand projects. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure all materials are accurate, brand-aligned, well presented, and delivered on time.
Priorities may shift depending on business needs, and flexibility is essential. This role suits someone who takes ownership, manages multiple deadlines confidently, and enjoys working across varied projects and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral & Website Support
* Maintain and update core marketing and tender collateral across multiple group brands
* Rebuild and maintain templates for tenders, EOIs, capability statements, and company profiles
* Ensure collateral reflects current leadership, services, client information, and company statistics
* Coordinate quarterly checks of company statistics with internal teams
* Maintain marketing and tender libraries with strong version control
* Coordinate website content updates with external developers, including approvals and quality checks
Social Media & Online Presence
* Manage LinkedIn pages across all group brands
* Create and maintain an approved content plan and posting calendar
* Design, schedule, and publish content using Canva, Adobe tools, and LinkedIn
* Ensure all content meets brand, risk, and approval requirements
* Maintain shared media and template libraries
* Track and report basic performance metrics and follower growth
Events, Client Hospitality & Sponsorship
* Plan and deliver internal staff events and awareness activities (primarily NSW-based)
* Coordinate client hospitality events end-to-end, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up
* Support industry events and sponsorship activations
* Maintain event records, guest lists, and media libraries
Industry Memberships & Awards
* Maintain an industry memberships register and track renewals
* Coordinate renewals through approval and payment handover
* Coordinate annual award submissions, including timelines and evidence gathering
* Maintain records of submissions and outcomes
Presentations & Pitch Support
* Build high-quality presentations for tenders, pitches, leadership updates, and internal meetings
* Improve structure, visuals, and clarity of content provided by stakeholders
* Support fast-turnaround presentation requests while maintaining accuracy and brand standards
* Maintain presentation templates and libraries
Brand, Signage & Merchandise
* Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines
* Maintain logo and brand asset libraries
* Coordinate signage and branded asset production with suppliers
* Support branded merchandise and uniform design by supplying approved artwork
PR & Brand Projects
* Support the group PR partner with approved copy and assets
* Coordinate internal inputs and approvals for PR and brand activity
* Support crisis communications activities as directed
* Assist with major brand projects such as website builds and collateral refreshes
Internal Design & Marketing Administration
* Manage business card updates and ordering
* Update organisational charts based on HR advice
* Provide formatting and design support to HR, Risk, and other departments
* Maintain file storage, version control, and quality standards across all outputs
Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational capability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Confident written communication skills
* Strong design, formatting, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
* Canva experience desirable
* Sound judgement regarding approvals, accuracy, confidentiality, and risk
