Join an international Business Consulting Firm solving complex organisational issues. Operating in APAC, Europe and the Middle East this 50 strong International team needs an Enterprise BDM expert to generate new sales across Australia. Selling both Consulting and supporting business simulator tools.

**About the company**
Australian owned business providing 300+ major projects across APAC, Middle East and Europe. This is a high performing team of 50+ staff who solve complex business solutions with consulting, implementation, "innovation labs", technical support products and a lot of hand holding beyond the consultation process.
Located on the UTS site in Ultimo with very modern facilities. Colleagues located in Middle East, Asia, Europe and Dev Team in India.
**About the role**
- This role can be a pure BDM or Sales Management opportunity
- Complex solution selling into Enterprise Private & Public Sectors
- Drive New Business Development from scratch
- Utilise a healthy $14 Million Dollar Leads Pipeline available
- Sell into Australia with New Zealand as an option too
- Eventually sell into Asia, Middle East and Europe
- Present solutions to prospects with Pre-Sales support
- Manage full sales cycle
- Generate sales proposals to Management
- Share insights to management on competitors, products, prices
- Direct report to the CEO and Founder
- Commission is between 5% and 10% of sales
- Open to sell into most verticals
- You are the sole sales person so all verticals are assigned to you
- Access to strong Pre-Sales Support
- Strong Strategic advisor with Federal Government Network Support
- Possible travel to the Middle East with the Founder
**Key Performance Indicators**
- Annual Sales Quota of $5M AUD
- $100K - $500K deals - average 3 months (primary focus)
- $500K+ average 8 to 12 months
- Clear targets to be set and discussed during the interview stage
**Ideal skills and experience**
- B2B Saas Sales selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise
- Experience with long sales cycles from 3 to 6 months and up
- You can explain your sales process
- You can outline your past achievements clearly
- Sales experience over technical experience
- Proven complex solution selling
- Coming from a challenging no brand sales background
- Worked for small businesses and the mindset that comes with that
- Selling B2B, complex solution sales for 5+ years minimum
**Culture**
The 3rd round of interviews will be spending up to half a day meeting the team in the office, given demos of their consulting practices and their technical product offerings so you can gauge their value and team culture. One of the staff members have gone from Client Services, into Operations, into COO and is now on the Executive Board which shows the potential to grow within the company. She has said the CEO and Founder is a very unique guide and mentor who will be working very closely to you in this role giving many opportunities to grow.
