About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Receptionist/Audi Host to be the welcoming face of our dealership—the first point of contact for our valued clients and guests.
In this key front-of-house role, you’ll set the standard for outstanding customer experiences by greeting every client with professionalism, warmth and genuine enthusiasm. You’ll manage a variety of client communications efficiently and thoughtfully, while maintaining a polished, approachable presence.
As an integral member of our team, your ability to communicate clearly, multitask confidently and represent our brand with pride will be vital to your success and ours. The hours of this role are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
* In this critical role you will be responsible for a variety of functions:
* First point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing first class hospitality and greeting in a professional and engaging manner both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Following up service customers on the phone.
* Administration duties – including distribution of mail, ordering supplies, service banking and assisting other departments as required.
* Setting and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the dealership.
What you’ll bring:

* Professional & excellent customer service experience.
* A mature and positive "can do attitude".
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
* A switched-on person who is good at multi-tasking.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* A willingness for continuous improvement and learning.
* Current Drivers licence.
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
