Experienced professionals in customer service and retail are sought after to join our vibrant team as a Full-time Bakery Retail Assistant.
We specialize in traditional Sourdough, Italian and French inspired Breads along with Gourmet Pies, Pastries, Quality Cakes and of course Coffee.
This role will require one weekend day, with availability to work Public Holidays.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
* Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences through genuine interactions
* Proven track record of achieving sales, wages & stock loss targets
* Proficiency in product knowledge to satisfy customer needs
* Necessary Barista experience (minimum 1 year)
* A positive attitude and pride in personal style and presentation
* Operation of POS Software
* Availability to work one weekend day and Public Holidays
* Personal transportation required due to working hours outside public transport times...
