BH-25975Working for a worldwide marketer and distributor of consumer products, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join this high-performing team for a 6-month period.
Located in Scoresby, this key role will require you to create an extraordinary customer experience and deliver incredible customer satisfaction. In addition, your versality will require you to provide administrative duties when required.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader your duties will include.
Inbound and outbound phone duties.
Developing a robust rapport with internal and external customers
Order processing and data entry.
Assisting customers with pricing, product availability, and order tracking
Running reports on orders.
Liaising with the warehouse and transport companies
Keeping up to date with new product releases
General administration duties
