Our client, is a boutique financial services firm in Bondi Junction. They offer their clients a high level of personalised attention and are experienced in offering a comprehensive set of financial services to help their clients achieve their financial goals.

You will provide administration support to the team in a busy practice so it is expected that you will be able to multi task and think on your feet, whilst always providing top class service to their clients.

**You key Responsibilities will include**:

- Responding to client enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients face to face and over phone
- Database maintenance
- Chasing outstanding documents
- Minute taking and producing basic reports
- Client correspondence and liaising with accountants
- Collation and preparation of electronic documents

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar administration role or you may be an aspiring Financial Planner who is currently studying. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment. You will be customer focused with a high attention to detail. You will be highly organised with good time management skills. You will be computer literate in MS Office suite.
