Our client is a leading specialist in manufacturing and supply of complex engineered components, sub-assemblies, jigs & fixtures and munitions tooling for Defence, Aerospace and medical industries. They require an experienced CNC Lathe Operator/ Programmer to join their team. This position offers the opportunity for career growth, with the potential to transition into a supervisory role for the right person.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a CNC laser operator with programming experience.
- Experience using CNC Mazak machinery
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work unsupervised
**Hours & Rates**
- Flexibility in start and finish time, typically 7am - 4pm with early finish Friday
- The opportunity to move into a supervisor role.
