We are currently seeking reliable team members to join our Cold Store operations in Hanwood. These roles are responsible for supporting daily warehouse and dispatch operations in a cold and frozen environment.
Positions Available
* Day Shift: 2 positions
* Afternoon Shift: 1 position
* Night Shift: 6 positions
* Frozen Pack Out Team: 3 positions (4:00am start)
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate forklifts within the cold store environment (where applicable)
* Pick and prepare orders accurately for dispatch
* Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner
* Move and stage stock within the warehouse
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
* Assist with general warehouse and cold store duties as required
Requirements
* Valid LF Forklift Licence preferred for forklift roles
* Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or cold store environment is an advantage
* Ability to work in cold and frozen temperatures
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual and able to work shift hours
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Frozen Pack Out Team (4:00am Start)
Responsibilities include:
* Packing frozen products for dispatch
* Preparing orders and pallets for shipment
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced frozen environment
* Supporting the warehouse team with general duties
