Independent Sales Agent (Commission-Only + Potential Equity) – Pet & Active-Lifestyle Brands
We are seeking a hunter-mentality Sales Agent to open retail doors and grow sell-through across Australia & NZ for our fast-growing brands. This is a pure commission role, with potential for a modest monthly retainer once targets are achieved.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch to independent pet stores, vet clinics, supplement shops, gyms, and lifestyle retailers
- Close opening orders, train staff, and drive in-store merchandising
- Achieve quarterly revenue and new-door targets
- Provide market feedback during fortnightly team huddles
- Maintain basic CRM notes on pipeline and reorders
Ideal candidate
- 2+ years’ field sales experience in FMCG, pet, health-food, or sports nutrition
- Self-starter with passion for cold outreach and converting prospects
- Own reliable transport and willing to travel regionally
- Clear communicator, fast follow-up, and relationship-builder
- Belief in dogs’ role in active lifestyles and post-workout shakes
Nice-to-haves
- Existing relationships with retailers
- Experience selling as an independent rep or on commission
- Familiarity with Shopify, OrderSpace, or Xero
