Overview
The ITS and TCS project delivery team is seeking a project-focused professional to join the projects team. You will work within the projects team and share responsibility for delivering projects in line with the agreed scope. You will apply existing knowledge, combined with company policy, to ensure successful project completion. Reporting to the projects supervisor, the role will include ensuring the successful delivery of contractor works during projects, including completing pre-works site inspections.
Responsibilities
* Investigate project activities and ensure all required project works can be carried out.
* Oversee specialist sub-contractors.
* Undertake appropriate training when new equipment and systems are introduced, via formal and informal training, including on-the-job training.
* Supervise the delivery of a wide range of projects in accordance with current national/local standards, guidance, specifications and best practice.
* Ensure documentation is up to standard and record-keeping systems are up to date and communicated with the team.
* Perform other duties reasonably requested within the skills required for the role.
* Identify trends and recommend improvement strategies and innovations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
Desirable experience or understanding in some or all of the following:
* Communication skills
* Delivery of ITS/TCS Projects
* Traffic signal fundamentals and TfNSW SPECIFICATION D&C TS101
* Transport for New South Wales (RMS) ITS standards/specifications
* Construction White Card
* Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects
* First aid / CPR
* Must hold full Driving License
* Basic Traffic Control
