Overview
The Technical Services Coordinator ensures smooth execution of Field Services by managing scheduling, documentation, and communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams. This role focuses on resource coordination, service operations, and customer engagement to maintain high service standards across ANZ, India and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure service quality.
* Scheduling & Dispatch: Allocate technicians based on skills and location; handle urgent requests and optimize routes.
* Work Order Management: Update service records and approve timesheets.
* Service Support: Coordinate tools, spares, and logistics for repairs and maintenance.
* Compliance & Records: Maintain technician credentials, permits, and insurance documentation.
* Reporting & Asset Tracking: Prepare periodic service reports and maintain equipment databases.
* Team Coordination: Organize internal meetings and events.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in Technical Services coordination or a related role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficiency in service management systems (e.g. Dynamics).
* Ability to manage urgent requests and work under pressure.
* Familiarity with compliance documentation and safety standards.
