As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking talented Production Engineers to join our Technical Services team. This permanent opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of our underground mine plan. Reporting to a Senior Production Engineer, you will develop and implement drill and blast designs, monitor daily production performance, and contribute to short-term scheduling.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing drill and blast designs using Deswik software
* Monitoring daily production performance and data tracking
* Contributing to short-term scheduling across development, stoping, services, backfilling, and maintenance activities
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Mining Engineering or strong operational experience in underground mining. A proven track record of working in a similar position, with experience in drill and blast design, is highly regarded. Solid problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills are essential.
