Technology Business Partner – Drive Innovation at SEW and shape the future of water services

Our Technology Business Partnering function is established and thriving, and we're looking for a passionate, experienced professional to help us take it to the next level. As a Trusted Advisor, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, lead conversations on strategy, initiate projects, and design high‑level solutions across areas including:
* Asset Lifecycle Management Systems
* Utilities Billing Platforms
* Customer Experience (CX) Systems
* Corporate Systems
* Emerging Technologies

Who You Are
* A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives on building relationships
* Degree-qualified in IT or a related business discipline
* Experienced (5+ years) in technology business partnering within complex organisations
* Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions
* Strategic, commercially savvy, and passionate about innovation and change
