We're currently looking for a Property Manager who's looking for a career. This opportunity has become available due another member leaving to have baby, and we're excited to welcome someone new into our close-knit, positive team.

What We're Looking For:
* Property Manager with experience
* Minimum 1+ years of property management experience
* Current QLD Driver's LicenseA team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Honest, reliable, and a great communicator
* A "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping people
* Must have Australian work rights
* Must hold a current Property Manager Registration in Queensland
* Ability to manage a portfolio of 120-150 properties effectively

* A positive, proactive mindset
* Excellent customer service skills and confidence in client communication
* Strong attention to detail – we love great file notes
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Experience with PropertyME (not essential)
