The Role An exciting opportunity has been created for an Architectural professional or Project Coordinator to work directly under their Design Manager. This is a coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved end-to-end, understands how design impacts construction, and is keen to develop strong commercial and project delivery skills on the builder/developer side. You won’t be “on the tools” designing day-to-day. Instead, you’ll play a critical role in reviewing, coordinating, and managing the process to ensure projects are set up for success. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating external consultants across design and documentation Reviewing drawings and documentation for buildability, compliance, and risk Managing design approvals, authority submissions, and internal sign-offs Supporting tender and proposal coordination during pre-construction Liaising closely with the Design Manager, project teams, and key stakeholders Gaining exposure to commercial responsibilities from the builder’s side About You Experience in commercial projects Strong technical understanding of documentation and construction methodology A proactive, organised approach with strong coordination skills An interest in understanding the commercial realities of construction The ability to work collaboratively What's on Offer?
