We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Bakery Assistants. As a Bakery Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality bakery products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient operation of our bakery while maintaining exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and production of quality bakery products.
* Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking.
* Monitoring proving, baking and cooling times.
* Maintaining a cleanliness of machines, tools and premises.
* Ensuring a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors.
Selection Criteria:
* Able to work across 7 days of the week (early morning starts).
* Work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate with staff.
* Highest level of attention to detail.
* Willingness to enter into an apprenticeship or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules.
