Our client, a national and highly reputable company based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, has a need for an ambitious and highly experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This role is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller Officer to join a large, stable and supportive company that offers hybrid working arrangements (2 days WFH) .
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Credit Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Managing a customer ledger
2. Debt Collection activities and building strong relationships with customers
3. Banking, Reconciliations, Allocations & Receipting
4. Investigation of un-reconciled payments
5. Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
6. Updating customer accounts
7. Analysing data and preparing reports
The successful applicant
8. At least 3 years previous experience as a Credit Officer/ Controller with a true passion for customer service
9. High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
10. Work well within a team based environment
11. Excellent communication skills
