The Opportunity
We seek a motivated and experienced recruitment professional to work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and advise on sourcing options.
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive engagement with talent and up-to-date databases and tracking tools.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or similar discipline with significant experience in Recruitment in a local government environment. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret regulations and apply underlying principles related to talent acquisition in Local Government/Public Sector organisations.
