About This Role
* Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and efficiency in all aspects of fleet operations.
* Develop and implement procedures to track transportation missions, driver performance, and maintenance activities.
* Oversee the maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition and reduce downtime.
Requirements
* A minimum of five years of fleet management experience, transportation, or logistics roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, including overseeing personnel and operational management.
* Fleet Management Certification: Certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or Certified Fleet Management Operation (CFMO) are highly beneficial.
