**About the Opportunity**
**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and collaborative people-person with a passion for continuous improvement to join our team and help us deliver on our service promise.
Our Operations Support Manager collaborates across BMVS and Bupa and is responsible for the management and delivery of business process improvements, resource materials, projects and change management. This role requires leadership and collaboration across multiple divisions, leaders, and external suppliers and stakeholders to support the overall business strategy and clinical standards.
In this people-focused yet detail-orientated role you will:
- Lead cross divisional working groups within BMVS as a change expert on additional or changed services to ensure the integrity of the quality system is maintained, change impacts are clearly articulated, lead/support with change plans, communication plans, training plans where required and implementation.
- Participate in Bupa wide projects ensuring the operational needs of BMVS are clearly articulated and support the change management, communication, and implementation of Bupa wide projects across BMVS
- Manage and deliver any analysis, data capture, process mapping for operations teams of current and future processes.
- Develop data driven recommendations to improve program operational performance and execute where appropriate.
- Lead system release management for the Bupa Clinics by providing input into enhancements, deficits and release management. Providing data and evidence-based input into determining system release management priorities.
- Manage the design and development of relevant resource material for the operational departments, procedure manuals, quick reference guides, process maps, case studies, process documentation
- Guide the development of relevant learning programs for delivery across the Bupa centres and wider provider network.
- Prepare papers, proposals, reports and business cases for various leadership teams and decision-making forums
