About the role
The Australian Family Partnership Program (FPP) is a voluntary, evidence-based, home visitation program that aims to improve maternal and child health and enhance parents’ life course. Registered Nurses/Midwives and Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers work with eligible women from early pregnancy until their child turns two.
Based in Alice Springs, the Congress Nurse Home Visitor and Family Partnership Worker develop long-term relationships with clients to support them in recognizing their strengths, building skills and confidence, accessing services, and improving their life course. The position offers a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and personal satisfaction.
