About The RoleAs our BDM - Microsoft Solutions, you'll be 100% focused on working directly with prospects to identify their needs and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet them.
You'll do this by:Identifying opportunities to sell Microsoft Modern Application, Security and Data & AI technologiesDeveloping innovative sales strategies, systems, and processes to build pipeline in line with CBS go-to-market initiativesBuilding strong customer relationships; providing consultative guidance; and developing strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiativesConducting in-depth discovery sessions and needs assessments with current and prospective customersCommunicating the unique value of CBS' iterative delivery approach to key stakeholdersPreparing and presenting tenders, proposals, and presentationsManaging sales administration, maintaining CRM systems, and providing appropriate reportingWorking closely with other CBS stakeholders, including sales team members, marketing, and team leads to meet and exceed your goalsAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully selling Microsoft cloud solutions, in addition to holding relevant Microsoft certifications in Modern App, Security, Data & AI, and Cloud Infrastructure.
You should also have:8+ years of experience in IT4+ years of experience in a sales, consultancy, or solution sales BDM roleA full understanding of end-to-end IT solution sales and project delivery lifecycleAn understanding of client business and technical requirements, as well as their IT environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skillsA willingness to build a pipeline with 3X coverage of targetThe ability to work flexibly on strict timeframes, deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to leverage vendor relationship to assist with solution formulation and presentationsWhat We OfferAt Canon Business Services ANZ, we believe in empowering our team members to reach their full potential.
