We are looking for Front of House - General Managers, Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers to be essential parts of our growing team in South Australia.What we're looking forGeneral Managers, Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers who are hard-working, vibrant, and capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences through solid front-of-house operations.You will deliver food and service to TGI Friday's standards, adhere to Australian legal requirements, and contribute to overall business performance.Your key responsibilitiesManagement of up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.Overall management of the operational facets of the business.Adherence to and auditing of OH&S; and Food Hygiene procedures.Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue whilst controlling costs.Ensuring superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.Requirements2yrs Hospitality Management experienceExposure to both Bar and Restaurant environmentsExperience in the controlling financial aspects of a businessThe ability to lead, train and develop a teamRSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced essentialFirst aid certificate is preferred but not essentialApproved Managers Certificate preferred but not essentialPayPay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearSupplementary Pay: BonusAdditional informationFollowing the success of TGI Fridays in the States, the iconic bar and grill restaurant arrived in Australia in 1995.
