Contract Administrator Role Overview
Main Responsibilities:
* Contract Preparation and Execution: Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute contracts and related documents.
* Contract Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, variations, and correspondence.
* Contract Support: Provide support to project teams with contract interpretation and administration.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract negotiations.
* Risk Management: Contribute to risk identification and mitigation.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in contract administration or management of contracts.
* Qualifications: A degree in business, law, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
