This role will be responsible for managing profit and loss, monitoring risks and opportunities to ensure smooth delivery of procurement. You will manage the procurement financial operations of the department, collect, analyze, and distribute supplier rebate management data, and lead the assigned budget, including the latest estimates and KPI reports. This role is based at Accor’s corporate office in Sydney. Qualifications Strong financial and digital skills with business leadership capabilities. Experience managing multiple complex tasks, including handling multiple projects and tenders simultaneously. Ability to handle multiple issues, pressures, and deadlines concurrently. Strong communication skills to clarify complex situations and gain consensus with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Demonstrates alignment with Accor Values and Heartist Culture. Ability to work independently with good initiative in a dynamic environment.
