Where You'll Be Working
Armidale Perioperative Services / Day Surgery Unit – a state-of-the-art facility opened in **** equipped with modern equipment and spacious facilities. The unit supports both staff and patients in a vibrant regional city offering a unique lifestyle.
About the Role
Support patients during admission and discharge for surgical procedures, prioritising people over processes. Work in a team-based, high-quality care environment with 8-hour shifts covering weekdays and weekends (7:*******:30).
About You
Proactive, compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based setting. Strong time-management, clear communication, collaboration, initiative, punctuality and respect in day-to-day practice. Eager to learn and grow, with knowledge of (or willingness to develop skills in) ACCORN AS**** GENCA and infection-control principles. Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts across weekdays and weekends is essential.
Requirements
Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
