Full time position
Starting from $55,000 to $65,000 plus Super (Based on Experience, Manager or Management couple)
Visa sponsorship can be considered for right candidate.
We are looking to bring onboard an experienced manager/management couple required to fill the above Full-Time position at our motel located in Cooma NSW.
Duties Include:
* Front office.
* Housekeeping for some rooms.
* General repairs and maintenance.
* General management.
* Preparing Rosters
* Guest satisfaction and excellent customer service
* Maintaining order and cleanliness
* Clear communication skills
Competencies & Skills
Applicants must demonstrate competence/skill in:
* The operation and management of an office environment
* Familiar with Booking software programs
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
* Excellent time management skills
* Conflict resolution.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in similar sized business, you will have a broad skill set, with a track record of success and meeting and exceeding profitability measures. You will have a strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously, with a real want to build and maintain a strong customer base. Would ideally suit an individual or couple with similar experience.
