HOUSEKEEPER
Great Ocean Road Resort is seeking a motivated housekeeping staff to join our team on the stunning Great Ocean Road
We are looking for someone who has housekeeping experience and can help maintain our high standard, providing a 5-star service for our guests.
Located in Anglesea, Great Ocean Road Resort is a boutique accommodation property with a mixture of hotel-style suites and apartments.
We also have an on-site indoor heated pool, day spa, local produce restaurant, tennis court and trampoline park.
Your role will involve ensuring a high standard of cleanliness across our rooms and apartments, as well as daily room services.
We use Flexkeeping, a digital housekeeping software to communicate between the housekeeping, reception and maintenance teams.
We're looking for someone who can work both autonomously and within our friendly, hardworking team.
A typical shift is from 9 am to 4 pm, however hours are negotiable.
We also manage multiple properties along the Great Ocean Road, so additional work may also be available at other properties (within 10 min of each other).
Responsibilities
Maintain high standard of cleanliness across rooms and apartments
Perform daily room services
Use Flexkeeping digital software to communicate with reception and maintenance teams
Work both autonomously and as part of a team
Qualifications
