SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
· Brief, manage, and deliver key account creative and print assets in line with internal and customer timelines.
· Ensure Shopper Marketing activations are in line with the Shopper budget and support the Category Manager in tracking and managing the budget.
· Conduct reviews, recommendations, and ongoing ROI and effectiveness assessments of key Shopper Marketing activations and promotional activities.
· Create and maintain updated planograms for Key Account and Field Teams.
· Support the review and recommendation of effective planograms with input from Marketing and Sales teams.
· Assist the Category Manager in building effective internal and external presentations for Range Reviews, sales performance reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
· Support the Category Manager in developing Shopper Marketing strategies and business knowledge through the use of data tools for analysis and delivery of key insights.
· Be an advocate for the Shopper within the business by sharing key shopper insights, objectives, and strategies.
· Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, and External Suppliers.
· Champion efficient process development through ongoing documentation, implementation, and review.

KEY COMPETENCES:
TRAINING LEVEL:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management
or relevant field
EXPERIENCE:
· year+ relevant experience in a Trade Marketing/Shopper/ Category
or Marketing role preferred
LANGUAGES:
· English
TECHNICAL AND TRANSVERSAL SKILLS:
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
· Experience using data software IRI/Nielsen
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
