The Position
In this role, your daily responsibilities include:
* Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
* Maintain excellent knowledge of the Toyota product line and provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications and options
* Conduct test drives and articulate unique selling points of each vehicle
* Assist customers through the purchasing process, including financing options
* Manage an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates to waiting guests
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
* Stay up‐to‐date with industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
* Sales experience and/or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential
* Expected to obtain a motor sales licence on the job (training provided)
* Possesses a valid Australian driver's licence
