The Role
We're looking for an Administration Officer to join our Geraldton Terminal team on a ***** month fixed-term contract.
In this dynamic role, you'll report to the Administration Coordinator and work across both the Maintenance and Operations teams.
Your contribution will be key to supporting the seamless and efficient functioning of our Geraldton operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate office administration, supporting management, frontline, and maintenance teams
Handle correspondence, emails, calls and general communication
Process data, prepare reports and conduct basic statistical analysis
Organise travel, accommodation, catering, and venues for meetings/events
Manage purchasing, inventory, orders, invoices, and deliveries
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a welcoming environment
About You
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Previous experience in S4 Hana system (desired)
Previous experience in a similar administrative role (desired)
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsli>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and strong general computer literacy
