Electricity Area Manager Opportunity
This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing electrical assets in a remote area of Western Australia. The region offers breathtaking scenery and a unique work environment.
As the successful candidate, you will be expected to deliver key projects on time and within budget. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading teams. They will also need to be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing asset management plans to ensure efficient and effective operation of electrical systems.
* Leading and motivating teams to achieve project objectives.
* Identifying and mitigating risks associated with electrical asset maintenance and upgrade programs.
* Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant trade or diploma qualification in electrical engineering.
* WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'. HR preferred.
* Strong knowledge of distribution networks, electrical protection systems, and OHSE practices.
* Leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in managing projects, contracts, maintenance, and budgets.
