**About the Role **
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
- Clearing tables and loading dishwasher with dirty crockery
- Preparing hot and cold beverages, including various styles of coffees, milkshakes, cold-pressed juices, etc (Barista experience preferred)
- Preparing and cooking food, including sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, plating desserts, etc (basic cooking experience preferred)
- Handling all cash transactions in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Working with a team who have a strong Workplace, Health and Safety focus.
**About you**
**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:
Essential skills and competencies:
- ** Must have strong barista skills and work in fast paced cafe**:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work as a team
- A keen eye for detail
- High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
- Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Experience and Qualifications:
- Barista skills and experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
