The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner. They will work within a 'one stop shop' environment, operating various computer applications and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate help and first-time resolutions to internal and external customers.
* Liaise confidently with members of the public and staff.
* Operate Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software and Electronic Document Management Systems.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and discretion when interacting with customers.
