Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have: a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia; prior experience in nursing or midwifery practice; strong communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities; the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced, rural healthcare setting; and a creative, innovative, and flexible approach to patient care and problem-solving.
