Terra Metals Ltd (ASX: TM1) is an emerging critical metals explorer advancing the Dante Project, a district-scale, layered mafic–ultramafic intrusion in the West Musgrave region of Western Australia. The Company has already defined a 148 Mt titanium–vanadium–gallium Mineral Resource Estimate at the Dante Reefs, with significant growth potential across multiple oxide and sulphide systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sample collection, labelling, storage and QA/QC compliance.
Oversee water runs, drill support, consumable delivery and field logistics.
Supervise and mentor junior field technicians.
Coordinate drill pad preparation, rehabilitation and daily site safety checks.
Maintain vehicle logs, equipment inventories and field infrastructure.
Assist with cultural heritage and environmental survey work.
Uphold strong safety, environmental and cross-cultural standards.

Experienced in field operations within remote exploration settings.
Excellent attention to detail regarding sample integrity and chain-of-custody.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Respect for Indigenous culture and environmental stewardship.
