This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader or high-performing Assistant Manager to step into a structured development pathway toward full Store Manager responsibility within a high-performing, design-led retail environment. About the Role As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with senior leadership while taking hands-on responsibility across all areas of store performance. This role is designed to fast-track your progression into a Store Manager position, with full exposure to sales leadership, team development, and showroom operations.
