We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to support our client's mining assets, who demonstrates sharp negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing contractor performance and handling project change claims;
- Identify and escalate significant issues;
- Drive positive contractual outcomes;
- Ensure compliance and governance standards are met;
- Collaborate with support services for project success; and
- Travel to sites as needed for stakeholder engagement and contractor safety.
**Qualifications, Skills and Attributes**:
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Business, Law and/or Engineering or extensive relevant industry experience
- Min. 5+ years of contract management experience in capital projects;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
