Key Responsibilities
You will lead complex payroll, WFM and HCM consulting engagements, providing specialist guidance to clients and driving process improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Profile
You are a seasoned payroll professional with strong consulting capability and a passion for solving complex payroll and WFM challenges.
* Experience in payroll consulting, payroll management or payroll transformation
* Strong proficiency across payroll and WFM systems (e.g. Dayforce, UKG, Oracle, SAP, Kronos)
* Deep understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards/EBAs and tax compliance
* Demonstrated experience leading implementations, system upgrades, automation or transformation projects
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving capability
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and client‐centric service approach
