Independent Hearing is a family owned, South Australian, hearing clinic.
We are seeking a part-time CSO to join our team This position is 3 days a week across 2 locations.
The successful applicant must be able to work across both our Findon and Kurralta Park site, with additional hours as required.
As you will be the first port of call and face of our clinic, the successful applicant must be passionate about customer service, have exceptional communication skills, organisational and time management skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude. You will be require to work both as a team and independently.
About the role (reception duties include:)
The successful applicant will be responsible for all office and administrative duties and will be the first point of contact for our clientele. In addition the role will also entail:
* Greeting and assisting clients
* Daily clinic preparation and support for clinician's
* Phone interaction
* Managing appointments
* Filing
* Data entry
* Minor hearing aid repairs
* Receiving and processing of orders
* Invoicing and payments
* Tidiness and cleaning of clinic
* Other general administration duties

* Current drivers licence and own transport
* Must be able to travel between 2 clinic locations and work additional hours as required
