We are seeking an experienced clinical professional to take on the role of Clinical Review Lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in quality assurance, incident management, and auditing processes.
This includes overseeing the organisation's incident management system, leading the response to Sentinel Events, and managing Statutory Duty of Candour processes.
Additionally, the Clinical Review Lead will provide expert guidance and education on NSQHS Standards, Aged Care Standards, and NDIS frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a health professional and/or relevant management experience.
They should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to person-centred care.
The successful candidate will work closely with frontline staff, clinicians, and leadership to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating medicolegal matters and reporting
