We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the HR Director, and working closely with the HR Manager, this role will provide exposure to every facet of the HR landscape, including:
- Talent Management - Recruitment (end to end), headhunting, engaging with potential and future team members, Onboarding and Induction, liaising with leaders across the firm on recruitment needs so we're always one step ahead
- Learning & Development - Our L&D offering is growing rapidly and we would love someone for a genuine L&D passion to take ownership of managing the NSW training diary (guided by the Group L&D Manager)
- Performance Management - Assisting with the management of the Probation and Performance Review process
- Engagement - Assist with driving engagement and recognition activities, bring your fresh eyes, new ideas, and challenge the status quo
**With are looking for an individual who has**:
- 4+ years' experience in a HR generalist role (ideally in an accounting or professional services firm)
- A passion for people and providing an extraordinary employee experience
- Confidence communicating - You'll be working closely with Graduates through to Directors, our MD and all external stakeholders
- An inquisitive and innovative nature
- The ability to influence and provide value to senior leaders across all functions of HR
