**Key Role Purpose**
An exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to partner with a diverse client group in order to contribute sound human resource advice to the management team and assist in the delivery of business goals, objectives and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist client groups with all aspects of HR including performance management, coaching, resource planning, employee relations and succession planning
- Present HR information / training to client groups as and when required
- Run and assist with investigations
- HR operational support
- Project leadership and participation
- Assist with management of HR inboxes and escalations
- Assist with Facilitation of new hire onboarding with Asia Pacific HR Team
**Skill Set**
**Essential**:
- 5+ years of relevant human resource experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Psychology or equivalent experience
- Strong Generalist Skillset and commercial focus
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to work autonomously towards a required outcome and be proactive and collaborate within a team.
- The ability to think creatively and the willingness to be "hands-on"
**Desirable**:
- Experience of working in a large corporation
- IT industry experience
- An understanding of the Australian visa process (although not a mandatory requirement as training will be provided)

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
