Overview of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our clients in the Peel and Lower South West metro suburbs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide clinical assessment, problem-solving, client, and family education, as well as demonstrate personal care and provide competency-based complex care training to direct care workers.
* To develop effective relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders through well-developed communication (written, verbal, and listening) and interpersonal skills.
* To innovate manage quality care delivery and decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* To utilize computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation.
