Job Opportunity
A Supply Chain Coordinator with expertise in inventory management, logistics planning, and resource allocation is needed to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely deliveries.
* Maintains accurate documentation of all property transactions in accordance with established procedures.
* Catalogues materials and equipment using a standard nomenclature to enhance tracking, ordering, and excess identification processes.
* Conducts regular stock reviews to verify the accuracy of inventory records and ensure serviceability.
* Develops and maintains a Critical Spares Inventory of essential parts and stock items.
* Must be a US or Australian citizen.
* Must possess a US Secret Clearance or AUS PV Clearance.
* Must have at least 5 years of logistics experience on large contracts with OCONUS experience.
* Demonstrates strong organizational and logistical skills.
* Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software.
* Attention to detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
* Decision-making ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
