What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a close-knit team of consultants, supporting their development and performance
- Managing and growing a diverse client portfolio, including regular site visits and account planning
- Driving business development through proactive client engagement and candidate marketing
- Ensuring high standards of candidate care, compliance, and service delivery across temp and perm roles
- Collaborating with leadership to set and meet individual and team KPIs
What you'll bring to the role:
- A strong background in recruitment, ideally with 12+ months in a client-facing or account management role
- Strong exposure and experience recruiting for a temporary desk
- Experience mentoring or leading a team
- A proven track record of hitting recruitment KPIs and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive mindset and genuine passion for people
