About the Role
I'm hiring a reliable, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support a case management business specialising in injury management. Your precision and organisation will directly enable me to focus on billable work and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, inboxes, and schedules
* Convert emails/notes into actionable tasks tracked via the app
* Draft reports and maintain digital filing systems
* Track deadlines and ensure timely follow‑up
* Review and update procedures for accuracy
Results to be Achieved
* My schedule reflects urgency, importance, and relevance
* Important and urgent tasks are completed on time
* All jobs are tracked in the app task list
* I attend appointments prepared and on time
* Administrative burden is minimised (no chasing of addresses, phone numbers, meeting details, etc.)
Standards (Performance Measures)
* Arrives early or on time to meetings
* Reads and acknowledges Google Chat promptly when rostered
* Responds to urgent emails within 24 hours (phone or email)
* Responds to routine emails within 72 hours
* Responds to non‑urgent emails within 1 week
* Transforms all emails into actionable tasks tracked via the app
* Maintains consistent format, font, and style in reporting
* Corrects spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in all documentation
* Answers phone promptly during work hours
What I'm Looking For
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Assertive communicator with excellent written English
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
* Honest, task‑oriented, and able to work independently
* Experience in healthcare, insurance, or compliance‑driven industries (desirable)
