Oracle Database Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our support team. This role focuses on database support and proactive system monitoring, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical environments.
This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle databases, including configuration and management of Data Guard for disaster recovery. The successful candidate will also be proficient in backup and recovery using RMAN, as well as optimizing database performance and troubleshooting complex issues.
* Administer and maintain Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c).
* Configure and manage Data Guard for disaster recovery.
* Perform backup and recovery using RMAN.
* Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Handle incidents via a structured ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
Requirements
* Strong Oracle DBA skills, including SQL/PLSQL.
* Exposure to Linux/UNIX environments.
* Experience with DataGuard Broker and performance tuning.
* Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.
