We are a private Armidale based Ophthalmology Practice committed to providing excellence in specialised ophthalmic care.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team on a casual basis. Your attributes and front office responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Customer service
* Appointment bookings
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ophthalmic pre-testing of patients
* Attention to detail
* Administration and billing
* Booking of surgical lists
* Liaising with hospital staff
* Ability to work in a very busy environment
Your Profile
It would be beneficial for the successful applicant to have experience working in the Health Industry environment, or at the very minimum, customer service experience. The position requires exceptional time management and communication skills. Multitasking skills a must
