Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated business proudly supporting Northern Queensland, with two Lubricant Distribution Outlets and 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail Stores across the region.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Attendants for our Tully site who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment. These are casual positions offering up to 3 – 4 days per week, with flexibility across our trading hours.
These are hands-on roles suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is flexible with availability, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
* Operating the console and point-of-sale system
* Preparing and handling food in line with hygiene standards
* Providing friendly, professional customer service
* Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
* Merchandising, stock rotation and restocking
* Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and site presentation
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be passionate about delivering high-quality customer service
* Have previous experience in a similar role, or a strong willingness to learn
* Be physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and standing for extended periods
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Work well in a team environment
* Maintain high personal presentation standards
* Be flexible and adaptable as the business continues to grow
* Bring a positive, memorable approach to customer interactions
